The planner will make suggestions on timelines, theme, vendors, and anything else the couple has questions about. The package is for a two hour session, more time can be arranged if needed. We handle every detail on the day of the wedding so that the wedding party and family are relaxed and free to enjoy their biggest moment. We coordinate the rehearsal as well to ensure the special day is planned to the exact detail. This package is budgeted for 24 hours. Additional hours are available at a discounted rate.

The rehearsal and wedding day coordination package includes:

Rehearsal

• Consultations with bride and groom to determine how they wish the wedding to flow
• Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
• Attendance and direction (coordinated with officiate) at the rehearsal (up to two hours)
• Final collection of wedding items at rehearsal to be set up on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.

Wedding Day

• Check with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
• Attend, oversee, and direct the ceremony and reception (up to 8 hours)
• Receive deliveries and greet vendors
• Make sure reception and ceremony areas are set up as you have planned
• Assist with handing out wedding flowers pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
• Provide wedding emergency kit
• Get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle. Making sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc.
• Help photographer get the pictures wanted, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer
• Make sure reception area is set-up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule, etc.
• Arrange grand entrance
• Handle any problems that come up with caterer

This package is for the client who has done all of their planning and would like a professional coordinator at their event. We play a vital role, overseeing set up, vendors, answering questions, assisting all guests/participants to ensure all the activities fall into place.

1. Consultation on the event and what you are expecting and going over the plans.
2. Up to ten hours of a professional coordinator present at your event.
3. Assist with all pre-event set up and oversee event. We ensure the vendors are present; the equipment is set-up, turn on A/C or heater if needed, sound system, A/V, etc.
4. Assist with questions, including helping with seating arrangements, instructing helpers with duties, directing guests/participants, keeping vendors in sync with timing of activities, and any changes.

This package is for the client who has some of the planning done and due to time constraints or other reasons needs assistance in getting to the finish line. Prestigious Events is able to pick up where the client left off and making sure that the event meets their goals and is done within budget. This package also includes:

1. Eight to thirty hours to complete the event
2. The use of Prestigious Events vendor resources
3. Coordination of the wrap up meeting to pull everything together and put the event into perspective (vendors, timing, music, activities, important details, etc...)
4. Walk through of meeting at event site(s) and/or overseeing the day of the event.

This full service package puts our client’s mind at ease, knowing every detail of their event is covered. Full Service allows us to do the planning, coordination and oversight of the entire event from start to finish. This service allows Prestigious Events to handle every facet of the event; from the initial consultation to the event’s completion. This package also includes:
